How to automatically restart a process that has a memory leak

Say you've identified some software on your PC that has a memory leak. There is no way you can 'fix' the leak, other than reporting it to the author and hoping they take some action. However, there is a way you can mitigate it.

One of 1000 features Process Lasso offers is one called Process Watchdog. Using this feature, you can restart processes that are consuming X amount of computational or memory resources. Therefore, you could set this memory leaking process to restart when its memory utilization gets too high.
